General Manager
Richard Leader, the General Manager of Nation Electrical Contractors, brings an impressive 40-plus years of experience in the electrical contracting industry. Throughout his extensive career, Richard has successfully managed numerous projects at Disney. These projects include notable attractions like Hollywood Studios Fantasmic and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Richard’s expertise extends beyond Disney, having worked on projects for renowned hotel chains such as Hyatt, Marriott, and others. With a background serving in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Power Interior Communications, Richard brings a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to his work. He holds licenses as a Journeyman Electrician and Master Electrician, further highlighting his exceptional qualifications in the field.
Senior Project Manager
Jim Branch, the Senior Project Manager at Nation Electrical Contractors, brings extensive experience and expertise to his role. He supervises all field personnel and oversees projects from pre-construction to completion. Jim spent 14 years working for Disney, where he spent six years as an electrician and eight years as a project coordinator. In the last four years, Jim served as a project manager for an electrical contractor in Central Florida, successfully managing diverse projects ranging from new substation installations to theme park restaurant and retail projects, as well as the installation of EV charge stations. Holding both a Journeyman’s license and a Florida electrical contractor’s license, Jim’s expertise ensures the smooth execution of projects.
Office Manager
Shara Navarrete, the Office Manager at Nation Electrical Contractors, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With a strong background in various administrative functions, Shara ensures the smooth operation of the company’s office functions. Prior to joining Nation Electrical Contractors, she served as a Quality Assurance Auditor in the Biotechnology Department at the University of Florida for four years. Shara’s career also includes a decade-long tenure as an Office Manager at Aspen Contracting. Additionally, she spent two years as an Office Manager for Belfor Property Restoration. Shara’s extensive experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the team at Nation Electrical Contractors.
